Step 2 - Sending the Order Form

After having established your needs, VR 360 will send your personal quote within 48h.

If the quote is convenient, you can edit the official order form of your organisation, then send it back to us stamped and signed.

The merchandise will be shipped as soon as we receive the Order Form.

Once the package arrives at its destination, the final invoice will be sent to the billing address.

Please note : In accordance with the existing regulations, the payment period is extended to 30 days.

All late payments will automatically ensue the following penalties, and without prior formal notice :

> a 50€ compensation for the cost of recovery

> a default interest rate applied by the Central European Bank with its refinancement operation valued at 10 points, by month or fraction of a month late, on the global fee from the TTC invoice.
